SHIPPING POLICY
We use DPD, DHL, DX and FEDEX to ship parts to you. All of these providers allow tracking. For parts in stock we aim to dispatch same working day/next working day and to deliver in 2-5 working days.
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from date of receving delivery of item(s) to return to us any items, provided that:

The items are complete, undamaged and unused

Returns are well packed in their original packaging and box(es)

The item has not been custom made for you
Process

Email us to request a return authorisation number along with the reason for the return

Within the email please include your name, address and invoice number

Ensure you ship back to us using an insured service which includes tracking (we shall not be responsible for loss or damage in return transit)

Once we have received and inspected we shall issue a refund
